HEIC

Windows Bitmap윈도우의 비압축 래스터 포맷으로, 모든 픽셀을 있는 그대로 저장하기 때문에 읽기는 쉽지만 용량은 엄청납니다. 무손실이면서 훨씬 작은 PNG로 변환하는 것이 거의 항상 이득입니다.

- HEIC is lossy and BMP is lossless. Re-saving cannot recover details removed by the lossy source. The output is usually larger with similar visible quality, not a repaired original.
