Nothing is uploaded. Your files are decoded, converted and re-encoded by WebAssembly running inside this tab, then handed straight back to you. The first conversion of a kind downloads that engine (a few MB for images, ~12–30 MB for video/audio) — later ones are instant.
Your files never leave this device — there is no upload and no server to delete them from.
About this tool
Packs 16, 32, 48 and 256 pixel versions into one ICO file so browsers, bookmarks and the Windows taskbar each pick the size they need. Square source images give the best result.
