BMP
Windows BitmapWindowsの無圧縮ラスター形式で、すべてのピクセルをそのまま格納するため読み込みは単純ですがディスク容量は膨大になります。ほぼ常にPNGへの変換をおすすめします。PNGも同じくロスレスですがはるかに小さくなります。

- BMP is lossless, and TGA can be either. At typical quality settings this lands on lossy and trades size for some quality loss. Keep BMP as a source if you may need a higher-detail version later.

Start over with default settings, then change one option at a time (quality, bitrate, page size, or codec) to isolate what changed behavior. If it keeps failing, retry with a smaller file and confirm the source format matches the pair.
